
X2 Computing have launched an iTablet - their new tablet PC which suppose to be in direct competition with Apple's iPad. Note, the name iTablet, wasn't trademarked by Apple, so other brand can freely use it. Commercial launch of iTablet is scheduled for April of this year. New device will be available in two modifications: with 10.2" and 12.1" screens, both having maximum resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
Customers will also have options to purchase a model featuring multi-touch technology, customize HDD size(up to 250Gb) and add a HDMI port. All X2 Computing iTablet models will have 1.3 mp camera, WiFi, Bkuetooth and 3G, built-in audio, 3 USB ports, graphics acelerator and Intel Atom 1.6Gz CPU.
This new device work under Windows 7 or Linux.
